Weigh-In
Down .7 lbs this week, which brings me to about 136.4. I'm not going to lie, I wish it was more. But, I ate a lot this week and enjoyed myself pretty thoroughly. This means that in 7 weeks I've lost 9.6 lbs. I had hoped to be in the 120s by my birthday on July 25th. That's 7 weeks away, and in the middle of that 7 weeks I'm going on a beach vacation. Since my weight loss is slowing down, I don't really know if that's going to happen. I would need to lose 6.5 lbs in 7 weeks, which is almost a pound a week. So I'm not going to beat myself up if it doesn't happen. School starts on August 5th, and as I long as I can start school looking good I'll be happy, even if I'm not down in the 120s. You can see on the little graph from the Weight Watchers site that I am literally plateauing.
I had been planning on running today, even though it's supposed to be a rest day, to make up for my bad run yesterday. But my knee was feeling pretty screwed up all day long, and I think I better go ahead and rest it. The plan is to head back to Philly today so I'll have to look for a new route to run there tomorrow. And then I get to see my boyfriend for the first time in 2 weeks, so hopefully that won't trigger too much eating and drinking!
