Miracle Whip

For lunch lately I've been having one of these sandwiches:

Yum!

That's a whole wheat English Muffin, toasted, a slice of Havarti cheese, as much spinach as I can make stay on the sandwich, and a little dab of Miracle Whip. It is so good it is ridiculous, and only 5 PointsPlus.

After lunch, I went to see the new Star Trek movie - it was really good, but not as good as the small bag of movie theater popcorn I chomped. Popcorn is my favorite food, and since I eat it without butter it's not terrible: 9 PointsPlus.

By the time we got home, it was almost 6 PM, which only means one thing: champagne time! Two glasses of champagne, a bunch of yummy Hungarian salami, and some bites of chicken and potato salad rounded out my night. 12 PointsPlus.

A nice, lazy day filled with delicious food. Can't ask for much more. Now I'm off to bed!
