Monday my father drove up to Philly to drop off a kitchen table for me - my old table wouldn't fit down the stairs of my new place, which was a bummer because it was a present from my parents and I love it. I bought this little wood and metal table from West Elm to replace it, and it fits in to the space perfectly, so that's good. I'm finally getting all moved in to this little house, which is a relief - I hate feeling so unsettled.

Yesterday I got up early to run, but after I got dressed and walked downstairs my sister asked me if I could drive her to work. She broke her collarbone and has been out of work for a while - so now she's going back, but not for full days. She's going in really early, so that she can leave relatively early. So I said of course I would drive her. Unfortunately, by the time I got back the temperature had skyrocketed and I didn't really want to run. I hoped another storm might roll in, so I decided to wait. But by 5 PM, the temperature still hadn't dropped - apparently it was 87 degrees! I really wanted to get my run in, so I just went for it. But as I've mentioned before, I don't sweat, so I do really badly in the heat. I tried my best to run really slowly, but after 2.1 miles I was feeling pretty sick and getting chills, which I know is a bad sign. So I walk/ran the last .6 miles. Not the best run, but I'm glad I at least did it.
Mile 1: 12:03
Mile 2: 13:06
Mile 2.7: 15:40
Average Pace: 13:26
My eating yesterday was bad again, but that was partly because I just was not very hungry all day. I got Pinkberry with my mom for lunch - I love Pinkberry, and it's super low in points! Especially if you only top it with fruit. A small original, which is what I got, is only 4 PP! For dinner, we got Moby Dick, a Persian carryout place in the DC area. I split a chicken kabob with my mom because she didn't want a whole one - that ended up being only 3 pieces of chicken, so I actually wish I had gotten my own. I also had a big piece of their yummy bread - I put it in to the tracker as Naan, and I guesstimated that it was 2 pieces. That was 11 PP, and the chicken was only 1 PP. I had one glass of champagne, for 3 PP, and was left with 7 points. So I ate some malted eggs out of my Easter Basket - I actually forgot to count them, but I guessed I ate 11, for exactly 7 PP.
We'll see what the scale says tomorrow - it hasn't been a great week for me, in terms of tracking or exercising.
